Specifically, the common HR functions businesses need most help with include policy and handbook, recruiting, terminations, payroll, compensation systems, HR information systems, disciplinary action, employe retention and morale, employee feedback, culture, employment law, benefits, onboarding, and training.
Do you work with clients in-person or remote?
If you’re local, Brandon would love to meet you in person. Remote work is always an option too.

Primarily, Brandon is interested in helping businesses with 10 to 200 employees. But he’s worked with larger and smaller still.
